General Terms and Conditions of Luvyours
Article 1 - Definitions
- In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

VAT: 251006803B01, located at Lelystad, The Netherlands . - Customer: Any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Luvyours.
- Agreement: Any arrangement between Luvyours and the Customer regarding the purchase of products or services.

Article 2 - Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of Luvyours unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
- By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 - Offers and Prices
- All offers and prices are non-binding and subject to change.
- Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Luvyours is not liable for typographical or programming errors in its offers.
Article 4 - Orders and Agreements
- An agreement is established when Luvyours confirms the Customer’s order.
- Luvyours reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
Article 5 - Payment
- Payment must be made in full before the order is processed unless otherwise agreed.
- In case of late payment, Luvyours is entitled to suspend or cancel the order.
Article 6 - Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a deadline.
- Luvyours is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.
Article 7 - Returns and Complaints
- The Customer has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
- Return costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to an error by Luvyours.
- Complaints must be reported to Luvyours within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Article 8 - Liability
- Luvyours is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
- Luvyours’ liability is always limited to the invoice amount of the order.
Article 9 - Force Majeure
- In case of force majeure, Luvyours is entitled to suspend or terminate the agreement without any obligation to compensate damages.
Article 10 - Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to Luvyours’ products and content remain the property of Luvyours.
- The Customer may not copy, distribute, or use Luvyours’ intellectual property without permission.
Article 11 - Privacy and Data Protection
- Luvyours handles personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable regulations.
Article 12 - Disputes and Applicable Law
- All agreements and disputes are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
